The app delivers the audio and video with the clarity and richness of Opus and VP8. However, you can enable low bandwidth mode, if you are low on data. Moreover, there is the option to switch to voice calls. Jitsi Meet encrypts all your calls by default, so you are sure that your conversations are safe.
